This attractive, well-located, semidetached villa is situated just off the centre of Cala En Porter within easy walking distance of the bars, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beach.  The villa is approached via a small flight of steps to the pool terrace (with sunbeds) then steps to the front terrace (with furniture) where wide glassed doors lead into the lounge, dining and kitchen areas.  An inner hallway leads to the 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms.  To the rear is a terrace with patio furniture and barbecue.  Unfortunately, due to its elevated position, the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
 

The Blue Riband beach at Cala'n Porter is white-sanded and gently shelving into the shallow sea, thus making it safe bathing for children.  There is a gift shop, supermarket selling ice creams, bar and restaurant all on the promenade.  The beach is reached by a flight of steps or a winding road and is a 5/15 minute walk from the villa. There is also a minibus and and the Cala En Porter Express (novelty train) to and from the beach.
